Meet Our Founder
International Beauty Distribution & Training Academy is an independently owned Irish business established in 2003 by Pamela Kennedy.
Starting her career as a Beauty Therapist and a Nail Technician, Pamela is proud of the business which has grown from strength to strength through her commitment to continued education, developing new products and empowering other Salon and Spa owners, Beauty Technicians and Therapists to go further in their careers whilst consistently exceeding the needs of their customers.
Pamela has a keen eye for the industry revolutionising treatments and products. Our portfolio within International Beauty is now home to a premier range of market-leading products which are supported by award-winning training, ensuring maximum results for all our clients.
In 2014 Pamela identified a need in the hair removal market here in Ireland and the UK and on meeting the US sugaring queen, Lina Kennedy at a trade fair a sweet partnership was formed! International Beauty Ireland and Alexandria Professional joined forces and brought Professional body sugaring training and products to our shores.
